Completing this audit was a great insight into the thoughts of the students and staff at the college. It provided us with valuable information to help in our journey towards becoming a fully inclusive school. Working with Flair was great. They are well organised, professional, and extremely helpful. They have a great understanding of how to use the data and provide useful and thought-provoking insight and ideas on how we can continue to move forward. The survey was quick and easy to use and the format of the results very user friendly. I have no doubt the work Flair have done for us will be instrumental in the progress and improvement of racial diversity and inclusivity at Doha College.

Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls
Flair worked with Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls to provide us with a student diversity and inclusion survey. They were totally responsive to the needs of the School and I was so impressed with their understanding of the issues that we wanted to find out more about with our student body. The delivery and execution of the survey was seamless and the way that we can now use the dashboard to analyse the data is fantastic. Flair have been instrumental in enabling Habs to move forward with our diversity and inclusion strategy.
Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Boys
We were delighted to work with Flair to survey the students in our senior school and I would recommend them very highly indeed. Nii and Darrell were a pleasure to work with; they are highly professional, extremely organised and delivered exactly what they promised. The survey was accessible and straightforward, whilst the final report was both user-friendly and clear. Above all, the insights they provided have been invaluable. In some cases they have confirmed areas of strength which we can celebrate and reinforce. In other instances, they have introduced us to new ways of approaching complex issues. Hearing the voice of the pupil body as a whole and with such clarity is both exciting and empowering. I have no doubt that it will support us in targeting improvements in our work on inclusion throughout the school and I look forward to working with them in the future.
