Announcement: We’ve secured our first contract with an NHS Trust.


We are absolutely delighted to announce that we’ll be working on the review of race equality at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation trust.


This project will be a collaborative effort, and we’ll be working alongside YouGov, Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE, Dr Karl George MBE, The Collaboratory and Race Equality Matters.


The audit itself will be broken down into 3 steps. Quantitative research, qualitative research and implementing solutions based on the results. Flair will be responsible for executing the quantitative research using our anonymous survey and dynamic dashboard to present the results.



Flair’s survey will help The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust to understand how anti-racist its culture is, measuring performance across 4 key areas: racial awareness, racial inclusion- barriers, racist behaviours and racial diversity.
